We have a vast network of local resources including some of the best sub-contractors and suppliers in the area.
We believe in the importance of supporting our community, this ideal is reflected in the way we do business. We use local materials, sub-contractors, and suppliers. In addition to supporting our local economy, our business has prospered because of the honest, dependable, and respectful manner with which we approach every client and project. A majority of our work comes from client referrals and repeat clients.
Andrew Stob
I am Andy Stob, owner of Stob Construction. I started Stob Construction after years of training with various construction teams working on projects ranging from Heritage Hill Historical Homes to renovating dilapidated Philadelphia brownstones into high-end condominiums. Since starting my business, I have devoted myself to direct communication with clients and sub-contractors alike. Our approach of "communication first" garners understanding and delivery to meet client expectations.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the clients. I love to meet and interact with new and interesting people. I enjoy sharing my expertise and creativity with my clients in order to collaboratively pursue their project vision.
Everyone on our team enjoys a unique project and challenge. We want to end each day proud of what we have accomplished. So we spend the extra time completing each project the right way. We are not afraid of your uncommon projects either . . . we've built custom cat litter boxes. Yes, we did and they turned out beautiful!
